THE PRODUCTION PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS OF THE WATER-SOLUBLE FERTILIZER PRODUCTION LINE

In recent decades, water and fertilizer resources have been consumed and wasted seriously in agricultural production. The shortage of water and fertilizer resources has become more and more prominent with the development of agriculture. Water and fertilizer conservation is an inevitable need for the development of characteristic sustainable agriculture. Water-soluble fertilizers are consistent with the current modern agricultural concepts such as energy conservation, environmental protection, and ecological efficiency, and are an effective carrier for the rapid transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. This provides a good opportunity for the development of water-soluble fertilizers. However, there will be many problems in the production process of water-soluble fertilizers, which greatly affect the properties and use effects of the products, and then it is necessary to find out the reasons in order to produce high-quality products.

The production problems and solutions of water-soluble fertilizer production lines are usually as follows:

1. Crystallization: Usually in a liquid phase environment, the nutrient elements are in a supersaturated state. Changes in external conditions can easily cause crystallization of water-soluble fertilizers. Crystals have the difference between rapid growth and slow growth. Therefore, a new liquid formula needs to be observed for half a year to a year, combined with the phase diagram and the interaction between the ions of each substance, to avoid the generation of poorly soluble substances or substances that are greatly affected by temperature.

2. Flocculation and stratification: The suspended fertilizer is placed for a period of time, and the uneven sedimentation speed caused by the uneven particle size leads to stratification. The solution is to make the particle diameter as small as possible and use a suitable suspending agent.

3. Increased viscosity and poor fluidity: Under high salt concentration, when the temperature decreases, the viscosity of the suspended fertilizer will increase and the fluidity will decrease significantly. The user is not easy to pour out during use, but it does not necessarily affect the use effect.

4. Flatulence: It is a serious problem in liquid fertilizer packaging. The solutions include increasing the compressive strength of the bottle, adjusting the pH of the fertilizer (alkalescence helps reduce flatulence), reducing the amount of urea used, using breathable bottle caps, and using breathable PE materials.
