A certain height of packing layer is set inside the scrubber, and a spraying system is set from the upper part of the tower body, and the uppermost section is the demisting system. It uses the contact between gas and liquid to transfer the pollutants in the gas to the liquid, and then separate the clean gas from the polluted liquid to realize gas treatment.
Firstly, the harmful waste gas enters from the lower part of the tower body and passes through the packing layer from bottom to top. At the same time, the liquid is sprayed down in a fog from the top of the tower. The harmful waste gas is continuously absorbed or removed by chemical reaction. After treatment in the demisting section, the waste gas becomes clean air and the waste gas conversion is completed.
