(2) The working principle of the chain crusher: The crushing mechanism is a pair of rotors with 4-8 groups of multi-row chains. The rotors are installed in parallel in the casing, and each is driven by a separate motor and rotates in opposite directions. The rotor is at rest. At this time, due to gravity, the chain sags. When the rotor rotates at high speed, the chain stretches radially around under the action of centrifugal force. The materials added to the machine are continuously crushed by the impact of the chain and the mutual impact between the materials, and the crushed materials are discharged from the discharge port under the gap between the two rotors. The thickness of the material can be achieved by reducing or increasing the number of chains. When the crusher is fully loaded with the chain, the material can be crushed to less than 1 mm.
