During the use of the stirring tooth granulator, attention should be paid to:
1. After the machine is started, check whether the rotation direction is correct. If it rotates in the opposite direction, immediately stop the mechanical equipment and readjust it, confirm that the rotation is smooth, without noise and friction, and then start production.
2. It is strictly forbidden to put iron, stone, wood and other sundries into the machine to avoid damage to the equipment.
3. If the particles are broken or poorly pressed, the crude fiber material formula should be reduced to less than 50%.
4. When granulation occurs, when there is no granulation or no organic fertilizer is discharged, the template should be replaced, and some fiber materials can be added to re-granulate.
5. Always check the tightness of the belt. If the gearbox oil leaks, please replace the oil seal in time
